The layer lines are very noticeable on the elliptical waveguide towards the wider ends when printed face up, and there is a seam where the head moves up to the next higher layer.

Printed with 0.4mm nozzle and I set layer height to 0.12mm HIGH QUALITY @BBL A1 instead of standard 0.2mm
Next print I'll look at support settings - Could remove a little support around the bottom of the tweeter dome opening to eliminate some minor roughness

Please don't. Based on your images above if 0.2mm is much better I might buy one, and I can't afford it. 😂I have the 0.2mm nozzle so I might try that as well

Is there any plan for a 4" waveguide for the Peerless/Vifa OT19NC00-04?
Looks great to pair it with a Dayton TCP115-8 and make a good ol' small speaker for under USD$40 ea.

No plans but that would be pretty easy to do when I do get around to testing more. Not sure why I didn't do one in the first place.

Anyways... what would be the result if I use the 5" waveguide with a 4" woofer? Bigger WG supposedly gives constan directivity lower, allowing a lower XO point with the 4" woofer. Correct? Maybe it's not a bad idea.

Looks good. Do you plan on painting the waveguides, or using them as is?
My (first) printer should arrive tomorrow. 6.5" waveguides for the SB26CDC are on the list, I'm afraid they might get pretty tippy printed with the long axis vertical. Did you consider printing 'on edge' but with the long axis horizontal? Might that require less support material for stability?

I plan to use the WG's as is. or: I will be taking a pair to get vinyl wrapped and if they look good and cost is low enough then that could be something to consider.

I've printed 8 now with different arrangements on the plate and with various settings.. the pair on post 2399 still being the best-btw, there is visible lines under the right light and angle but can very easily live with them as is...
