Odd SIT/vFET 2SK2087C

About 2 weeks ago the 2087C seemed to be available at transistormosfet.com so I placed an order for 4...PayPal hasn’t billed me yet and the vendor isn’t responding to my email. Oh well, hopefully somebody will get a lead one day and the greedy ones won’t buy them all..🤪

Yeah, been there done that. Two emails went unresponded & then I noticed the original charge had been reversed without a word. Waste of time.

Ok i know is silly to ask but i will ask anyway. Do these look legit? i have no way of testing them. They are 'pull-outs'.

Just for the record, the parts marked "802743" several people have posted photos of here - while no doubt real SIT - are most probably remarked; to the best of my knowledge, Tokin didn't use a simple date code to mark their parts but rather a unique serial number sequence, so you shouldn't really see the same number (802743) on multiple parts. Attached is a photo of what I received from Wakamatsu in Japan while they still had stock - I have no doubt the parts are genuine, the wonky print notwithstanding. This leads me to believe the picture in post #328 shows genuine parts, but ra7's warning still applies ==> "Beware, many people did not get what was pictured."
