is just another pathological lie. that NONE of the packages have arrived points to what really happened. my experience with auspost is its one of the better if pricey postal services in the world.
Yep I got the same text message and it really sounds like crap. I have to head interstate for a funeral but if the panels aren't here by Tuesday when I get back I will drive up to see him and pick up the money he owes me, get the front panels (engraved or not) and get Little Fish's order. I will then post it with the international orders.

The fastest response time I got from BF is when he want me to pay. It is almost immediate! No problem with Internet connection or message delay or message not receive.

The payment was in September 2011, now is Jan 2012. Been 4 months and still hanging there with lots of loss end. People offer help, he doesn't want, instead he choose to hide and avoid, what a stupid move, just like an ostrich put it's head in the hole and hope the danger will goes away.

Post office had held onto the panel letters for lack of return address ... not real impressed with them. But they are gone and assure me should arrive within a few days."

I've attached the photo he sent me, I personally won't believe that they're not all like this till we get to see them. Terrific.
If there is a lot like this I may consider organising a small group buy of panels open only to people from this GB.

They gone out now and post office assures me they should be delivered to most places within a few days. Fish's tracking num is: 837167487098. Also i think i do have that spare kit you bought, i found another set of parts hiding, so i'll get that off to you tomorrow at latest. Also roughly how much do i owe you for postage? I have a feeling that an LM2903 is the same as the JRC 2903 I can't find the data sheet to check, but if correct they are available from RS with free postage in Australia

Does anyone know which which postal service BF has been using - I ask because the tracking number for my order he texted to DDW is invalid with all the the sites I have entered it into (auspost, dhl, smart send, startrack and all of the smaller

haha yeah right. like a person as selfish as to buy things at mouser for himself with others money and consider selling completed amps to get cash before even shipping others orders, screwing with peoples plans and treating the cash as a slush fund over the this long, would keep the only dodgy one for himself. After this that same person when asked, decides to show a picture of the dodgy one, if there were any good ones?...... we have seen 2 lots of pics, everything in them has been flawed in some way
well the thing is, some services might, but they would not have accepted them in the first place without it. those that would accept it like that, would not hold it; certainly not for a week. again we are left with 2 options. either BF is utterly full of bovine excrement, or completely and utterly incompetent. either is pretty easy to believe and both are true, but which is more the case hmm, i'm going for option 1. did he not write his phone number on there? sending this much money in good out there with nothing?
and again hes blaming the post office, its all their fault, nothing to do with the person who has proven to be so completely dysfunctional and consistently unreliable over the last 4-5 months, as well as a similar string of events and victims stretching across the globe. the only thing we have become able to rely on, is that BF will not do what is expected of him and then blame someone else, while offering hollow apologies.

I based this design on the FPD files available from NwAvGuy's site, and had a couple made for myself after losing complete confidence in BF's ability to deliver. Each panel cost just over US$21 plus freight (freight was a killer on this order because I only bought 2 panels).
I'm happy to send the FPD file through to anyone who's interested.
