Change the pinouts of differential as well as gate driver transistors as per latest schematic to BC556/546 devices. Pins should be swapped. Rest are ok with MPSAs.

Hello to everyone,

Presented here is a simple n-channel mosfet amp [block diagram]capable of delivering rail to rail swing without the need of extra complexities such as seperate driver supplies to keep the regular DIYer in a simple and safe state at the same time enjoying the pleasure of using N-channel mosfets.

Suggestion and comments , subjective or objective, constructive or destructive criticism are most welcome to further develop it into a design which will be a very simple and easy to build a excellent sounding amp.

So comment and enjoy the spirit of DIYING

Its amazing for a newbee like me to see just 1 pair of o/p device working on +/-90 volt.

Hi Sudhir

With a single pair of regular IRFP260 / IRFP360 / IRFP460 mosfet properly mounted on good heatsink with aluminum bar, one can easily get around 400W into 8ohms on +/-90V rails.

For more power one can parallel the mosfets to suit the needs.

FR xtends beyond 40khz, RC compensation is used to avoid oscillations.
Simulate it and see....
