I do not know how the neighbors tolerate this, but my cat Huncutka only a few times made some dissonant voices beyond the distant thunders.

Just totally re-discovering her 'Best Of' album after building my own AC filter box. Incredibly, I heard new sounds and performances for the first time in decades.
A lot of that has to do with a good reduction in AC hash and concomitant bass bloat as there was before.
Instead of perceiving just one loud bass region, it appears as if I have three, less powerful but distinct bass regions. This, together with the more defined mid to high regions make for superbly enjoyable listening sessions.
