Yes, I am thinking the bit about walking is some of the best news so far. I don't mind admitting I was was a bit on edge about that.
This is excellent news. Tell Dave that we're very happy that's he's up and around, it may take a bit before he's back to normal, but he's certainly heading in the right direction! 😀

The latest from Ruth is that there is nothing really to update. The best part I think is that there are no setbacks. Too bad about spending Christmas in the hospital but at least he is in good hands and being cared for 24/7.

Tom - yes it was close, not yet too sure about the long term - so far it's been a bumpy ride, both physically and mentally
