Jason if your going to try to bend .250 aluminum use 3003 series.
It will bend very easy. Do not try to bend 6061 T6.

If you have not already shipped out my parts order to the UK then don't bother. If there is anyone out there in need of parts, you are welcome to my order, provided there is record of it. My boards never arrived, I contacted Brian and he agreed to send me replacements, which never arrived either. So I have given up rather than pursuing this any further, please note I am not really bothered by all of this, and won't be pusuing the issue any further..........

I know that pic. Did you have him cut them for you? How many/how big for your A30? I have been considering them as well, cut in to 8" vertical lengths, maybe three wide, joined with a 1/4" x 4" x 12 (or so)" copper plate/mounting surface for each side.
