All your work will pay of. Just finnished a 800 L stereo version and the sound is magical. First time ever I can play old mainstream with beautiful sound. 800 L is the best amp I have heard so far. Have not changed the preset bias at all. Not even measured it. The heatsinks temperatur felt by hand tells me it is ok. But a bit hotter than R 2 versions. Next week I will begin the NXV 1200 LE. Could that be even better?

Some progress. The 800L boards mounted to the capacitor bank and heatsink. Al the wires mountet to the amp board. Power switch mounted on the faceplate.

Some test playing, the Volt-One not yet coneckted. Fine adjustment of bias, for now 80mA each transistor. Ca 36-38 celcius, reaching for 100mA later 😱

Conecteded Volt-One, the sound is emdiatly more accurate and soundstage more precice.
