My class D amp

Hi,

test PCB only. done some modification(picture shows) and now its run good
Supply +/-45V DC (+/- 47V DC max.)
fsw=@170khz
filter= used ETD29 {@80uH}
Temp:
MOSFET - max 55 deg. at 2.6R load on Full drive
FILTER - 37 deg heat only
added DC offset preset
Application:
Active Sub woofer
Active Mid bass

Yes. I planed to use 3mm thick and 80x80 mm L shaped aluminium 🙂

DC Protect : detect @2.7V 5ms 10A Relay and ON delay 3.3sec
OC Protect : @18A sense @45ms

it is old simple class d amp using MOSFET irf9540 and irf540 with one comparactor ic.The circuit i modified and to get best result
<90% efficiency
can support up to 2.6R load (3 x 8R load)
Low noise

old design from detex (I don't know who designed this).This having medium noise,popup noise,high distortion,dc offset high(.7v) and high temp. when you drive with +/-45V supply range😡
