Carlos, my first amp was 10 W one, second 100 W one, both " full germanium beauty " .... But it was in year 68' and we sincerely have hate this element, 'cos american guys in this time had miracle 2N3055 and it was " little bit better " transistor.... It was 37 years ago and we had know, which one is better... I'm curious, that some people don't know it now, 37 years past.... 
Oh dear Epupa!...we all know that, also we know that our wives are old, we also
know that we are turning old.... we know that digital will eat our beautifull solid state near future...that will be a miracle to find some transistor...that my last year Cel phone can be used as a gun, to trown into some thieve head!.... that our children will grow up and will kick our "essen" without any disturb for them...they will go away...that hi fidelity never exists, that speaker makes so enormous mess that all of our worries turn something without any importance.
But we have to continue dreaming, having passion, telling our wives that they are beautifull with their shirt diving into the soup...well my dear....our friends are here...our pairs...our mates...our real brothers in passion....those ones that do the same we do.... those that turns happy alike a children when have a screwdriver to open some equipment to watch it inside....life is passion, is love we have to our kids, that will kick our "essen", that will change us for a new boy.... a young guy that will call you uncle...daddie...or Doctor Epupa.... never mind...he is watching your daugther, and zip zap zum!....she will be with him and your lovely baby, your beloved daugther gone!....married.....living other town, asking you to visit her!...can you imagine?
Daddy!!!...come to visit me!...my house!....my dog!.... my family.!....you are only old daddy....ahahahaha!....reality has pain too.
Well.... let's go my dear...i already realised that class XYZ killed all my solid state units.... with some honored exceptions....that i am working and discussing to produce second place things, as XZYZ biasing switching less double overcraft, dumped triphase thundersonics already arrived...and we gonna eat our tubes with mustard!.....but our friends are here...Geràrd with his lovely Germanium pieces of jewellery....rare parts of our ancient age, when we were young and we used to smash someone against some three..... yeah...smash the cigarrete pocket against some three....ahahahahah!.
We have to be happy, loving those things, extracting pleasure related that, and enjoying our friends, respecting those ones that install resistor with 1 milimeter....exactly distant from the board to avoid Parasitic, inclementic, Holigofrenic, schizophrenic , cathaleptic interactions...ahahahaha...
We need those friends.... if i accept the real thing...that SLXLZ biasing method, or Class APTY already kill all we do...i will have to eat poison or jump from a bridge.....let's go living and having fun, as we are passengers on this earth, life is a brief wisper...some cold wind that passes and never return, and the only thing we can have, as definitive thing, is that we gonna die someday.
So...never mind, be happy me dear Epupa....make a barbecue, sit near the fire, observe Pavel with his blue Mineral water bottle, and think that he is your brother..selected in the middle of billions of people in this earth, you are honored to have, near you, someone that loves electronics.... do not matter if he loves blue transistor or red capacitors...all this is secondary, without any significance, without any importance...the love, the friendship, the passion for the electronics, distorted or not ....this is what matter!

Be careful boys... those germanium devices will run away from you in a big hurry! I started building Hi-Fi(lo-Fi) back in the days of germanium devices........ Good thermal tracking is important otherwise you experience China Syndrome!

He lives in very North of Sweden.... near the Artic lines....in this time of the year may be very dark.
This turns some people sad...and he has some health problems to face.
I am sure that he will love this amplifier, he is a simple man, having deep religion feelings, living together family, loves macarroni (italian paste) and apreciate friendly and humble guys.
A great guy halojoy...i have enormous respect for him.... the problem is that he has not the same respect related me.
Some people confuse happy people, those that are always smilling as some "idiotic thing"...because life is hard!...how can this idiot goes laughing all time long?.......hehe...maybe i am laughing related the bad mood ones....as live is better when we do not face so seriously the life things.
