As far as i can tell this is a linear stage without RIAA. When you ramp up the gain you get noise, sure. If you would put a transimpedance RIAA after the mirror your noise from 1 kHz and up would drop. If you ramp up the open loop gain to 80dB plus transimpedance RIAA your gain at 20kHz would be 40dB, so 10dB less noise then what you have right now.
The gain of that RIAA would be 60dB nominal. Are the sources of 2SJ74 connected to the cascades and when, why ? There are other measures to lower the noise, that comes later.
