With +/-33V single pair of output FETs is enough, you can see circuit in post #239, and wireing in post #145. Bias adjust to get about 20mV on 0R47/5W resistor. Power will be about 50W on 8R load with +/-33V DC. You can use this amp for any aplication, and I think beginer can build it with my help.

You have to take into consideration transients when deciding on a power supply.
On my first self design MOSFET amp I used +/-40VDC and was surprised how quickly the transients got clipped.
I now never use a supply less than +/-60VDC.
I do play quite loud so perhaps you dont need such a high voltage.
I suggest +/-75V. Amplifier with +/-33V can be realise with LM3886 or TDA7294.You have to take into consideration transients when deciding on a power supply.

Better buy same number of IRFP9240 and build HV350,Apex, can you look this chematics.
If it is ok, I would draw pcb for this because I have loot of IRFP250N fets.

RegardsHi apex, do you have PCB of HV350.2 with cut out protection?

This amp use fully complementary output stage with P/N MOSFETs, you can find amp with QUASI NMOS output stage in thread (post #197):hi apex,.,may i use irfp250n for final TR?in this amp

For NX14 not for AX14,do you mean irfp250n can be use for AX14?

PSU for DIY with soft-start and DC protect. Transformer 1kVA sec: 2x55V 8A + 24V 1A.
PCB size: 200x75mm
Mr.Mile,
Can you please post the schematic of This psu with soft start /dc protect
as there is a missing label ( presumed capacitor but no specified value)
in the landscape shown at post #122.
Regards,
Yes, but PRO signal from B500 will not activate cut out speakers on this protect. Anti-click and DC protection will work. PSU and Soft-Start will work with any amp. I try to find schematics.Apex
Your PSU pcb in post #122 is very interesting.
Can it be used for B500?
Can you post schematics?
