Hi, i'm building also an Aleph P1.7 and need 6 pairs of IRF610 and 3 pairs of IRF9610 for a stereo board pair. Can you still supply these. If so can you let me know how to pay you and how much.
many thanks
Del
ps you have mail.

Hello Tarasque

I payed on 02-11-2007 for 2 set’s of matched mosfets.
On post #76, 03-10-2007 you said all fets have shipped.
Since 17 days are gone now since you send them, and it’s unusual a pack to take so long from NL to Portugal. Can you please try to find what’s happening with those fets. Something could go wrong at the post office.

Thank you.

Hi,

This is taking a very long time and is not normal. I checked and your fets were shipped as indicated. Because of the high shipping cost for tracked shipments, I send the packages as letters, without tracking. So there is little I can do with the postal service.

The longest recorded time to ship was to Italy. That took about a month.

Please send me a mail when the package did not arrive in the next two weeks so we can discuss an arrangement.

Hi a'af,

I do not see your point. I do not try to sell anything.

To be able to have access to closely matched fets, you have to use large batches from the same lotcode, so you can have sets of 12 or even 24 and still keep the the un-usable number of fets to a minimum. This means that I either make the excess of fets available to my fellow diy-ers or sit on a stock that will last for over 50 years... If nobody is interested, I simply will have try and build more different amplifiers.

The sets I create have tolerances that are comparable to what a production environment is using, typically 0,2%.

Regards...Tarasque
