I'm running some of Tarasque's matched IRFx610's in an aleph P1.7 I'm building. The matching is extremely good - for 4 pairs of IRF610 two pairs were perfectly matched (0mv), one pair to 1mv and one pair matched to 2mv. The maximum spread across the eight devices (lowest Vgs vs highest Vgs) was 5mv. 😎

Just to add my experience,
I got boards from Marcel and parts with fets for X350 -600. Extremely well done boards, matched parts and such a pleasure to deal with Marcel. He was also willing to help me and guide me in making of this amp. Thank you Marcel.

I get a lot of requests for a complete set of fets for the A30.
This is not a problem, however please do not expect shipment very fast.
Due to various business trips my DIY time is limited.
