No feet. I'm using those Ebony cones from HK. There are holes cut out in the lead sheet so they all are on the same level. But this is not totally successfull. I can't seem to get the player to apply the same weight to each cone. I don't suppose this matters very much in the bigger scheme of things but it annoys me. I use four; one under the mech and the other distributed as best as possible. Three is supposed to be better but there's just no way to get them evenly spaced and not end up with one corner too "ungrounded". I was a bit concerned with heat issues with the Lexan top and wood sides but it hardly gets more than warm.Well done Shep!
What are the feet? Where did you place them?
I tried everything. Short of attaching a totally flat bottom plate, there's no way. I'm as much of a tweak freak as the next man but I defy anyone to hear a difference between 3 and 4 feet! Looking at my player I think I cought the neo-retro Sweedish Modern look rather nicely.

Yes and no. The dac ones are spot on. Don't bother with the main 5v one. Add them onto the servo chip R122 R123 (two is required really). Then later do the two decoder ones.

Just checking, I think R122/3 is for the 63, not the 67? For the 67 does it make sense just to put the superreg on Q871 instead of Q811.

Ah thought you had a 63 sorry. I would do R117 and R118 in that case which is the 5 volts for the servo/decoder
A proper reg on Q871 is a worthwhile upgrade but not until you sort the other stuff out first imho

Why do I have the feeling someone's pulling my leg?
No Shep not at all

I have swapped the Worm gear and the complimentary gear from the CDM12.1 traverse (laser) to the gears from the CDM12.4 / 12.5 traverse.
The angle of the gearing is different and allows for smoother tracking of the laser. It is also quieter in operation with these gears.
The worm gear is black and the normal gear is blue.
