Parcel just arrived.
This is my third transaction with Abraxalito.
I have to congratulate both Abraxalito for the technical bones and his Wife for the packaging/administration/communication/handling.
Plus the after sales service.
All superb

AC input power supply

In response to a customer request, there's now another version of the PSU available, this time with AC input. It needs a single 18V transformer winding to create the 20V supply needed by Kubelik, 70RMB.

Oh, nice.
great idea.

So, I got to have a go at surface mount soldering :)
That is fun.
Although, it takes a bit of method finding doesn't it?
How not to lose the bits instantly for example.
I have done stage one after a period of concentration :)

Thanks so much for the diagram, explanation and wonderful labelling.
Even I understood what was going on.
I have never soldered surface mount before. (not done a whole lot of through hole either actually)

Unfortunately, I am now stuck as my power supply decided to pop and I have no way to test it.
Thoroughly disappointing/frustrating. I was really enjoying that. I don't know if my attempts were successful.
