Weird - neither of those links work for me.

Mechanic shows up in my search but only in 30g reels. Luxianzi shows up too but the smallest diameter is 0.5mm.

Abrax, this is what I experience.
I praise good behavior and sound practices when I see them.

I will be able to put my hands on the Kubelic build after a month or so.

AC input power supply

In response to a customer request, there's now another version of the PSU available, this time with AC input. It needs a single 18V transformer winding to create the 20V supply needed by Kubelik, 70RMB.

great idea.

So, I got to have a go at surface mount soldering 🙂
That is fun.
Although, it takes a bit of method finding doesn't it?
How not to lose the bits instantly for example.
I have done stage one after a period of concentration 🙂

Thanks so much for the diagram, explanation and wonderful labelling.
Even I understood what was going on.
I have never soldered surface mount before. (not done a whole lot of through hole either actually)

Unfortunately, I am now stuck as my power supply decided to pop and I have no way to test it.
Thoroughly disappointing/frustrating. I was really enjoying that. I don't know if my attempts were successful.

I have a few power supplies, but no 20v.
No spare bench power supply.
