To everyone who asked..
All the details and pictures of the amp can be found on page #320. In short, it uses the original GB boards with top-notch components, and built using a KSA100 as design template for wiring, layout and heatsinking. Output devices are 4 pairs MJ21194/MJ21193, voltage rails are a bit low at 31VDC (I used 500VA 25-0-25VA toroids I had at hand).
The 22pF sounded fine, but there was some erratic behaviour at times and the measurements were not consistent. So I changed it to 47 to be safe and everything worked better. Concerning audibility, the amp SOUNDED exactly the same irrespective of these caps' value, and I had them way up to 470pF at a point. I'm sure that with improved PCB layout and grounding 22pF would have been OK.
Pinkmouse, the one I'm currently building with your boards so far promises to be even better (just a pity that the resistor pads are too small to accommodate Holco H4 leads), but since the owner (I agreed to build it on the condition that I do no mechanical work) is in no hurry I don't know long it will be. So far it's going to be
- 2x 1kVA toroids
- 42VDC rails
- 6 pairs MJL4281/4302 output devices/ch
- CLC PSU
- separate PSU for the small-signal stage
- Riken, Holco and PRP resistors, BG electrolytics, SoniCap MKP's
If anyone wants any particular measurements please speak before the end of the week, I'm taking it back home then and have no intention of carrying this beast up the stairs to my office again! The next measurements will be with the next model whenever it's finished.

No worries, send it when you get the time.
I'll be out of town Wednesday to Sunday to explore my decadent side so I wont be able to answer anything untill the end of the week. So if you AndrewT can send me the file then I'll pass everything along for pricing and post the reply when I get back.

Your specials where supposed to be size small.
dr.strangelove3
You wanted 2 Large with no number so that they could be made for both ksa50 and ksa100. Because of this I took the liberty of specifying your order to one KSA-50 and one KSA100.

I don't think I ever saw your mail!
I'll have a search through my spam file, but AFAIK regular postage is fine by me.

Making some progress and I'm pretty excited. I think you'll like it😀 . Keep in mind some wiring and the bridge is temporary. I actually gave it power tonight and no smoke! HOORAY!.
The front is cocobola and alu. I've tried hard to make it look like a high end commercial amp. What do you think?
3 pics coming.
