ah, cheers but it's actually the main boards I'm after.
Hi guys
Two of these where delivered today, so each channel has his own transformer now. Never used those R-core tranny's before so I don't know if there any good.
I got them from FG Audio Systems in Germany

R-cores are nice.
I had a couple of them i ripped out of a broken Proton D1200, good performers, too pricy at regular rates.
(the Proton D1200 was a bargain in the 80s).
Good catch, Walter. The O-cores they still list are attractive too.

Hi Jacco
I paid them 60€ a piece, so that is more or less the price I would pay for a toroid with the same specs.
Only problem is now to find something to cover them🙁
Cheers

I know, but none of them had the right specs for the Klone. The O-cores they still list are attractive too.
Maybe interesting for the ones who can get their hands on genuine Toshiba's instead of MJE's , bottom 2 lines of the honorable Mr Hansen:

Mark-
I saw the wiki was closed, but I did not notice a call for payment.
Have you started accepting payments for the boards yet?

I think Mark was going to email all on the list with payment details, but I could be wrong... It wouldn't hurt to drop him a line anyway 😉
The WIKI was started to see if there was enough interest in the new boards that Al designed. I did receive a few more e-mails from people that signed up but I still have not heard from over half the folks that signed up on it. While I would be glad to start coillecting the $$ I can't until the board price is nailed down exactly(bases on quantity purchased) and also exactly how many want to buy them. I do know for sure that the power supply boards will be pricecd aat 14.00 each and thats basaed on 100 quantity!!
AGAIN, THOSE THAT HAVE NOT E-MAILED ME REGARDING THE WIKI PLEASE DO SO ASAP.
Jacco,
I will e-mail you a list of the people that I have gotten replys from by tommrrow night.
Thanks,
Mark

I sent the new file from Al to Advanced last night and we will hopefully have the pricing by the time I get back to my motel tonight. I will post it and then start accepting payment in the next day or so......
Got e-mail from four more people on the WIKI.

Measurements of My Clone
Here are some fuzzy screen shots of my clone in action.
Output is into 4 ohm (closer to 5 ohm) 100 watt resistor.
4 KHz sine input, output at 5v/div (top trace, ch2). Looks like I'm inverting, is this an inverting design or did I cross some wires?
4 KHz square wave output, 5v/div (ch 2).
20 KHz square wave output 5v/div (ch 2).
What do you think of the square response? No ringing? I used 47pF for c105 and c106 as I recall.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Mark, I sent you mail a couple of days ago regarding the boards I put down in the WIKI.
Any chance you could pass on your address the weight and or size of 6 board and a link to the couriers online pricing caclulator? I can then work out the price.
When do you want payment BTW?
My email is zeroex_15@hotmail.com
Thanks,
Ant
Tonight I am in the process of compiling the list of those that have sent me e-mail so I can see who has and has not responded yet.... this is so Jacco can send you an antagonizing e-mail and get those in hiding to respond.
Please hang in there for another day or two and I will post the price per board and the weight so you can calculate postage on your total order.
Please keep in mind that I also have to work while I am on the road..... making it take a little longer to get this list together than it would otherwise.....
Lgreen, Your traces look identical to mine so I guess mine is working ok too.....😎
Thanks,
Mark

Please post the list of people who have responded to your request. At least then one will know whose mail you have received and whose mail has been "lost".
Thanks
