Same Nazar PSU Prasi has been working on

OK thanks.
That does not look like a cap multiplier.
Has anyone received their Juma HA boards yet? I am still waiting for mine - should be here soon. I wonder how it will sound vs a JFET input?
Thanks for the Gerbers Prasi. Sometimes I wonder if I should try the nail polish mask trick (hand painted tracks). Possible on a small simple board like the PSU.
See post #119 for my Juma boards. Do they look cute?
IThe jfet F5HA is offered later.Hope to see them by Thanksgiving. I work slowly on my projects. So, not likely to have any comparison soon.
Take a look at Nazar's site, it is a good read for this circuit.OK thanks.

Thanks, I missed that. These boards take less than an hour to build so I would not be able to wait but for a few days if I had them. 🙂
Check out posts 72 and 95, I included 2 links from Nazar's site. Use Google translator to convert to English.Where would this be ?

The next pic in post150 is even worse.
You must resolve the charging circuit first, then attach the zero volts coupling to create the middle point for the next circuit.
The two pink traces coming from the two middle rectifiers should go direct to the Capacitors. Not to the central Zero Volts point.here you go, 😀😀

Thanks Andrew,
Its been resolved in final gerbers shared via email to builders along with other trims like the references for the LM and TIP as done for the universal reg based on your suggestions.
ignore post 150, thats now modified to the current design of 50mm x 85mm with all the considerations.

Fred, they do look nice like i said before. My only minor observation is that they are not able to print component values and other things like logo (not important, ofourse). Component values are on a standard layer called tValues in eagle. May be a special instruction to dirtypcb guys is required, for your next order🙂 may be.

Thanks guys !
It is all web ordering these days, and there is no extra input box to provide special instructions.Fred, they do look nice like i said before. I did notice this from the site:
Perhaps, that's the bug.Submit Cadsoft Eagle .brd files directly and let us create the gerbers! 2 layers only. .brd files are processed with Eagle v6.x and we noticed a bug on a single order using v7.1.0 files. It's probably best to make your own gerbers if you used Eagle v7+
I will send them an email before next order. Probably they can take gerbers imstead of the .brd.
Thanks!!
Hi All,
just want to gather some info regarding group buy interest for stereo version of Juma HA with volume control (50mmx100mm)... and dual rail Nazar PSU PCB (50mmx85mm).
I would like like to carryout a GB, if there is sufficient interest.
[ Volume control will be a provision for 16mm pot, if someone likes a motor pot or that big blue Alpha pot, they can mount off board and run wires]
Icing on the cake would be if Fred or XRK would be able to test their both PCB's and report their (subjective) results here.
rest assured, PCB's will be cheaper compared to individual buys on chinese websites.

For volume control, are you doing the Danyuk-Linkwitz crossfeed filter like I have been using on the F5 HA's? You can count me in for one board ea if $20 total.

show me the sch , i will explore if its possible on a third pcb...i am absolutely sure🙂, it cant be managed on 50x100 STEREO juma HA with pot povision...
i cant estimate the cost right now, it will depend upon numbers of interests and number of PCB's people are interested in.. hope you understand that...

This is the passive crossfeed filter I am using. Adjust the resistor and pot combination so that impedance is about 5.5k it requires impedance of input to be high which JFET can provide. So not sure if compatible with BJT inputs.

I mounted my volume pot and crossfeed filter on a 4cm x 6cm veroboard. That allows volume knob placement flexibility vs having it on main PCB.
Hi X and Gannaji,
thank you for the interest.
i will wait for a few more days to see the interest.
have to start layout, so comments from anyone regarding how to implement the cross feed filter and volume control pot and Juma stereo HA would be welcome. (separate pcbs or integrated pcb).
in case of separate pcbs, there would total 3 pcb's including Nazar PSU.

I would also be interested in buying. Separate pcb's would be more flexible, so that either people can select what to buy.Hi X and Gannaji,
