The amplifier has been tested here. I have successfully applied protection in the Nikitin plus amplifier. IT is IMPORTANT to open and close the mosfet quickly so as not to go beyond the SOA. I prefer the J113 version of the circuit. The circuit is simpler and there is no need for 10 μF condensers at the input. And the circuit has fewer details.
BC847BS easier to buy. I need a few j113s to match a couple. I can't hear the decoupling capacitors if they are of acceptable quality.
