I assume that yours must be longer than mine.
Mine is touching the ground even though it is because
my two legs are short. Many girls dead . . .

Now we are OT....
😀
At the risk of being banned, I'll tell a joke:
Fata: (Mujo's wife- a local guy) is complaining: He is short!
Mujo: Yes, but he's a technician!
Fata: He can even be an engineer, but he is still short! 😀
I guess that the moral of the joke is: If you build a BiB speaker, size matters! But it that case, I guess that Fata would prefer a shorter version.. 😀

moral of story :
ZM is a prick and pooftah, because he made plugs for ya and lost them ;(
what's count is - that he still didn't send them .
regarding Fata - she is always complaining .......

( ya're married , so - ya know )

Most probably you''ll find them when you search for something else. That always happens to me! Btw, if you find them, send me a PM, I have another address.
No need to hurry, I didn't cut the dustcaps yet!

Thanks!

Clever. According to "Diy opamps", jfets make a quieter CCS.
I'm still very impressed with what I have so far. I listened again last night (after spending the day moving Ellen's daughter to her new home) and simply fell in love again with the sound. It reminds me of my right channel ZV7-T (cascode, jfet, buffered) but has far more resolution and high-frequency detail. The sound is light years ahead of my prior efforts.🙂
Are you getting these built, or etching your own?
I'm thinking of using this to drive a single-ended MOSFET output stage for use as a headphone amplifier. Maybe cut up my headphone cord and use 4 output transistors to drive the them differentially. They're 300 ohm and I'd like to keep the voltage low to run everything from a lead-acid battery or two.

I think that this thread has good value even if I wrote down a dirty off-topic.
I will try to build yours when I settle in to my new location and open up my shipment
arrival. As I need rather high-gain pre for my F4 and 85dB speaker combo, I will
apply R load instead of the Z load.
I'm sure that you will enjoy your result, and more music . . .
Happy New Year!

I'll have these fabricated. I can get three for $59.00. That's not cheap, but for such a small order, and the time saved--quality given, it's peanuts
Are you interested? I can order twice and buy one from you if you only want two. I need 4 min for stereo (bi-amped). If you want more, I'll check their payment schedule and report back.
🙂 😀 🙂

And a Happy New Year, yourself, dear sir.
Thanks for the support you've given me in this process. You're a gem. Actually, everyone here's a gem--I love you all! 🙂
I hope you have as much fun with this little adventure as I have.
All the best,
John
Thanks John, but I think I'll breadboard the circuit first before committing to a PCB. I've got some other ideas to try as well. That's an okay price for a small board run; maybe others are interested.carpenter said:

As important as in very important 😉

Many, many thanks!😀
