The big 18 kW bass horn is loaded by 6 x liquid cooled JBL 2267 with custom (made by Miller Instruments) carbon diaphragms and includes an optical diaphragm displacement sensor.

Liquid cooled...forgot about those...and here I am thinking about putting a computer fan on the back of the magnet structure.
This seems to be a more sensible approach to manifolding multiple drivers.

Not as sensible as Bruce Howze's 1981 approach, later adopted in the MTH-4.5/42B after EV's engineers realized the combining the output of too many drivers through a small throat does not work very well. This seems to be a more sensible approach to manifolding multiple drivers.
That said, for a two-way design of the SPL required by the OP, multiple HF drivers are not required anyway.

That is indeed a smart solution, albeit with limited coverage (presumably for stacking purposes).
Were your own Maltese horns inspired by the MTH?

My wife hates it if someone refers to a car as sexy. I understand.
Now let's get back to the scheduled program.....
I understand, my wife is still hot only now it comes in flashes.
The inspiration for systems like the Maltese or MTH date back to multi-cell horns. Instead of one driver split between multiple horns, the large venues and higher SPL expectations required each narrow-coverage cell to have it's own driver. Were your own Maltese horns inspired by the MTH?

That was probably the wittiest comeback I couldn't of thought of lol!!!!I understand, my wife is still hot only now it comes in flashes.
Try this guy, he will do as much or as little as you want and has a local source for baltic birch plywood. Shipping isn't that bad..

I got a really reasonable quote from him on one project but aborted in favor of a local CNC shop that charged me twice as much. If all you really want is the sheets of ply cut down to size, the supplier should be able to do that.
Ah, you've found it 😉
The dbra_jmlc polars look good/usable, provided they do not turn into a laser beam > 8k.
Considering your objectives and the room, some (but not excessive) narrowing may even be beneficial, as it eliminates the need for excessive eq. in the top octave, amongst other things.
The sophisticated phase plug of the Axi2050 might also help (a little) to reduce narrowing.

In this thread, someone (who owns both) compared an OS waveguide + B&C DE250 to a Tractrix horn + BMS 4592Nd.
For those familiar with either concept it'll be recognizable.
It's not so much about technical aspects, but rather about the daily experience. In fact, the posters seem to lack some basic knowledge of horns.

- Is it possible to cover the whole spectrum, high SPL, low distortion with a 2-way?
