projector is getting dim

hi guys...
i seem to be having the same problem as leochantc. the projector is getting dimmer by the day. the lamp metter says i have only used 560 hours so i'm wondering if it's the lamp or something really bad. I know this is not a great projector but if i could fix this for under 50$ i'd be a happy camper. if anyone has had succes with replacing the bulb into the reflector i would love to hear about the procces. please post soon or email me at speeedyboo@hotmail.com

Hello.

I also need the same bulb as some of the other posters for my recently purchased Hp vp6111 projector. Yeah, I got a "cheap" projector on ebay.

Also, the lamp housing the seller sent is missing the wires that come out of the reflector and the connector that plugs into the projector. Does anyone know where I can find that piece?

Let me see if I understand.
-Buy the lamp from ywh
- Take off the bulb from the lamp cage
- Take off the cement from the reflector
- Change the inside bulb of the bulb
- Close bulb
- Put in cage.....see a movie

Now , what kind of cement I would need??

Mr YWH , do you have the complete bulb for sale ? (reflector and inside bulb) , so I can just change the bulb in the cage
