That will simply change the configuration type, the driver parameter values stay the same.I'm holding CTRL to switch from Nd to ME1 and back to Nd without CTRL.
After activating the ME1 record, move to the Nd record, click on the Edit button and select Tools - Multiple Entry Horn Wizard, not Help - Input Wizard.I'm trying to understand how it works. The ME1 defines mid driver and port while Nd the compression driver and horn and from this record we go into Input Wizard?

Problem is you can't move offset driver along horn axis to see the difference. You can only define at two points and you need somheow approximate your waveguide profile by conical sections (only 4).
The two-way multiple entry horn design below uses two exponential segments.
Double-click on the S2 Manual slider label to change it to S2 Auto then adjust the L12 slider value to move the ME1 offset driver(s) along the horn axis.

For this I need exponential formula to check visually in Excel because I can't combine conical plus hyperbolic in Hornresp.
Rx = R1 * Exp(m * x)
Where:
m = Ln(R2 / R1) / L12
R1 = throat radius
R2 = mouth radius
L12 = exponential horn axial length
Rx = radius at distance x from horn throat
If:
R1 = 5 cm
R2 = 20 cm
L12 (Exp) = 100 cm
x = 50 cm
Then:
Rx = 5 * Exp(Ln(20 / 5) / 100 * 50)
Rx = 10 cm
Where:
m = Ln(R2 / R1) / L12
R1 = throat radius
R2 = mouth radius

Rx = 5 * Exp(Ln(20 / 5) / 100 * 50)
Rx = 10 cm
I did it by manually adjusting 4 points spline in CAD to see "good fit" and wrote numbers in Hornresp:
David maybe yuo could add ATH curve to Hornresp?

Ten input parameters are required to specify the R-OSSE profile.
It's not going to happen. The Lec profile is near enough.

Hi David,
Trying to install Hornresp in Windows 11, downloaded latest version 26/8/2025,
But I keep getting error message Hornresp cannot find "MS Sans Serif" then dumps out
Any thoughts please?

Hi Geoff,
It seems that for some reason the MS Sans Serif font is not installed on your computer. It should be in the C:\Windows\Fonts folder.
The procedure detailed in Post #8,597 might help:
https://www.diyaudio.com/community/threads/hornresp.119854/page-430#post-5536539
Otherwise, apart from using Google to search for a solution to the problem, I don't know what else to suggest.
Hopefully someone with more experience in such matters may be able to assist you further.
Kind regards,
David

Hi, David! Seems like the "EG=0" trick for HF horns modelling is disabled or fail, i'm right?
I’m using the Input Wizard to model a multiple-entry horn but am encountering an issue when trying to change the number of drivers in ME1 or ME2. Whenever I adjust the number of drivers, ME1 automatically reverts to “Normal ND” in the Loudspeaker Configuration, and the record shifts from being part of the Multiple Entry Horn equation to becoming its own separate record. Is there a way to change the number of drivers without this happening?

The functionality was changed in April 2019. See Post #9,387 linked below for details:

What version of Hornresp are you using? Everything works fine for me, I can adjust the number of drivers without ME1 changing to Nd.

I’m using version 56.30. The issue occurs after using the Multiple Entry Horn Wizard.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Paste drivers from database to ME1 and ME2. I can change the amount of driver without any issues.
Open the Multiple Entry Horn Wizard, adjust some parameters (I changed S2, S3, L12 Con, and L23 Con), and then click save.
After saving, I can no longer change the number of drivers without the configuration reverting to Normal ND.
Not sure that I understand the problem. The MEH Wizard is opened from the Nd record. When the Save button is clicked the wizard closes and the Nd record, not the ME1 or ME2 record, is shown again. This is why you are seeing Nd.
Everything is working fine for me.

I made a screen capture where I reproduced these steps. Everything is working fine until after I've saved the Multiple Entry Horn Wizard at 01:50. At 02:00 I don't have the option to choose ME1.

I replicated exactly what you did and it worked just fine. It seems to be a problem because you are not using Windows. Unfortunately there is nothing that I can do about such incompatibility issues.
