Toshiba make
This looong Toshiba case have a weird package name: Toshiba 2-32A1A
That must be internal Toshiba naming.
Sometimes when I search I see it named as TO-03A1
Also found datasheet for Fuji 2SD806
There is writen that it is EIAJ TC-19, TB-30
But if you open EIAJ ED-7500A catalog it's neither TC-19 nor TB-30 but a mix with pins like in SC-25.
Still searching.

You can find thermal and transistors mounting kits from all big electronic components distributors: Conrad, Mouser etc.
My own was ready included with Tokin original accessories,
but if need finds something then local stores have lots of cheap solutions to offer
without being necessairy special fancy stuff for transistors.

Wonderful to see all of this V-FET activity! Even though I'm new to amp building I'm not new to V-FET's. I still remember my first listen in the late 70's when I was a young warranty service tech for the local audio shop. To my ears the Yamaha and Sony V-FET amps sounded so much nicer than their BJT cousins and I was sure that V-FET's were going to be the next wave in the audio world. I had no idea back then that they were so expensive to produce and that they would quickly be replaced by cheaper MOSFET's and other cheaper technologies.
Here's a picture of my treasured piece of advertising that I've had it forever. Notice that there's an actual K77 and K75 wafer that were likely Yamaha fall outs that didn't meet spec.
