Very long life span, no need output transformers, no degeneration,
have gain and the price is much more affordable than 211,845 or high power Eimac vacuum tubes.
B+ is less 1000V..
Find some huge heatsinks & VA psu transformer with filter capacitors
and You ready for class A amplification OTL with transistor triode

@soundhappy

Happened to be in Montpellier today. All the bars and restaurants are closed but "Place de la Comédie" and the old town was so full of people. Too many people for my liking so instead I ordered my THF-51S parts from Tomoaki. Since you seem quite versed in the subject of SIT amps, I am looking forward to your ideas, comments and contribution when NP will publish his designs.

Cool OK, I am doing preparation for two cute mono blocks with Tokins.
Santa Claus last year brought me large heat sinks for this purpose.
Now next step is looking for psu transformers.
Stay in tune & best regards :)

@ Samuel Jayraj

If you ready have this SIT-3X pcb's then next logic step is buy 2SK182ES and IXYS pucks IMHO.
Get one SIT piece for spares, who know the future..
With small modifications all Tokin can play in the same amplifiers circuits,
and sound the same or very similar :) Best regards

Soundhappy, that you advise to get 2SK182ES for my SIT3X boards is spot on. Except that the designer himself says that you can do with a N channel MOSFET instead of a SIT in that position. This is such a deterrent for me
So I am thinking of swapping SITs from SIT3X to future designs. Hence, the question.

Having SissySIT playing with IRF 9240/240 Mosfets, the sound of which I really like, using THF-51S for a real SissySIT is a no brainer.
