Hi, i purchased IXYS depeletion mosfets twice from china, and twice i got enhancement types on an IXYS depeletion mosfets part numbers.....how is that?
:Cool - these are really quite good parts - almost indestructible even in my hands. I have them in a transformer coupled F6 type configuration right now and they do the job quit nicely. The three remaining problems seem to be: random motorboating, offset stability (maybe related ?) and figuring out a nice buffer for the transformer. Oh and trying to buy a few more jensens out here in singapore may prove to be the toughest hurdle yet (i think TB kindly sold me the ones I have about 5 years ago!) 😀😀
Papa's voice speaks much louder than mine but when I see someone who is clearly going out of their way to slander someone with zero evidence AND when this someone is a person that I have had many transactions with, I am compelled to provide my experience.
I have bought Tokin SITS (19 pieces in total now) over 4 different transactions as well as Renesas laterals from Pras1170 and all devices appear as genuine items should and they also measure within the published manufacturer's specifications.
I have had nothing but excellent experience with Pras1170 and you can see my builds using his Tokin devices in the SissySIT threads.
