The amp made a clean output, but it breaks down before the rated power.
It seems to be more of a problem with the driver board, with the waveform that is more on the bad side at high side (going below 0V), where the high side fet´s were destroyed, 0Ohm between the outer leg´s. The low side Fet´s still measue ok.
The same bank broke first again. The one that U18 is driving.

Are you sure that you're not using too much heat when installing the ICs?
Did the same section of the driver IC fail as it did last time?

280°Celsius, short contact to the pins with plenty of Flux.
Both sections, high and low side failed this time.

Try flexing the main and driver boards in various ways to see if the idle current ever changes.
If not, try heating and cooling the various components on the driver board and in the audio section to see if the idle current ever changes.
Try pushing/pulling/twisting the output filter inductors while at idle to see if the idle current changes.

High current till rail is loaded, then 2,67A when the relays are engaging which falls to 2,54 - 2,51A and stays there.
I flexed the mainboard from both sides, no change.
Gently knocking all over the board didn´t change it either.
Spraying the +/-15, 12v etc. it stayed stable.
I cooled the output driver board completely, no change in idle consumption.
grabbing, stabbing, twisting the output inductor didn´t change it either, as far as I could move the glued inductors. Cooling them didn´t change anything.
