You need to go back to the previous stage to see if the DC is coming from a defective component on the driver board or if it's something before the driver board.

I think its maybe from the power supply. Sometimes its switching on, sometimes not. So its intermittent. Without audio driver board its not powering up. Very strange.

Do you possibly have a drop of solder somewhere it shouldn't be on the driver board?

Ok, found some bad solder on the drive board pins for power supply. Now the amp is switching on, relay´s clicking, when you here the capacitors for audio charging the amp is switching of again. No Protect led or power is on. If i remove remote and put back, the same procedure again.

?? The charging of the capacitors is virtually instantaneous as the supply powers up.

Do you see any DC on the output inductors?

in that moment when the relay´s clicking there is about 88V between the inductors.

No, i will take the drive board out again and recheck.

Without the drive board the amp powers up correctly...

Got it work. Bad solder from my side. Because of this very often desoldering of that board, the solder points allready damaged.
Ok, Pictures: One side the working one as before, the other side with the new irs21844s without mosfets installed.

directly on the gate resistor. Without audio signal and no connection pin2-3, and no 10k resistor. Feedback from that side also disconnected.
