The 21844, the diode that's marked ES1G in your list and the capacitor near that diode are the most commonly damaged on the driver board when the outputs fail.
The small inductors (47uH) on the main board sometimes fail.

It seems to me, that in Class-D Amps on the drive boards for Audio and Power supply use
mostly same parts. So i will order additonal the 47uh inductors, Capacitors( do you now the value), TL494c, and maybe some Transistors?

The capacitor across the high-side supply of the 21844 is generally a 4.7uF but I've measured them from 3.3uF to 10uF. I order the highest voltage cap that will fit the pads.

The other numbers on the face of the BE transistor will tell you the hfe of the original.
The MAX transistors sometimes fail. I don't have a reliable source for the original. I have not tried it but someone said the 2SC3326 will work in its place.

Received the parts and repaired the power supply. Changed also the irs21844 again.
Now i have only dc on both pin 1 at the irs. Checked with pin2-3 bridged, 10k resistor and strong 100Hz signal.

No, its alle the same,showing all DC. Osci set to 2ms, even if lower, still showing straight line. DC Coupling
