Now we can have Brazilian schematics, from Gradiente, Ciclotron, Attack and others
into Jan Dupont's home pages.
He is uploading some rarities into his site..... thank you Jan.

Enjoy some old schematics from the sixties and seventies... and something more modern too (eigthties).
Almost all Professional brands in Brazil use Leach amplifier alike designs.... there are exceptions, but almost all are the same inside, some supply changes, different voltages, new panels...but almost the same sonics.
Gradiente sold thousands of units, have bougth Garrard turntables and had a factory into Mexico City...have exported thousands and each Brazilian home had one Gradiente playing...and this means, into the seventies, more than 120 millions of Citizens....maybe 10 millions had at least one Gradiente in their homes.
Factory is still alive, but lost importance to us when made agreement with JVC and started to produce "international" schematics.... was shocking for us and lost some value for our citizens...then people started to buy all brands and forgot Gradiente as something 100 percent Brazilian.

Here is the image of Ciclotron (Wattsom) factory
It is in São Paulo...only audio amplifiers and Professional active Speakers.
São Paulo is the biggest Brazilian town (our New York City)...millions of Habitants, almost 70 percent of them are from Italian Families that arrived last century to work into Coffee farms, after slavery liberation.... they turn into farm owners and now our industry has enormous influence of our Italian people.
Our own "Italy" version of people is reason of pride for us...our Italian people... my grandmother came from Italy (Firenze) too.
regards,
Carlos
