Just a little update here:

Testing of all modules has gone well and I am getting close to ordering boards. All semi-conductors are here now, and nearly all of those have been measured and matched. There is still work to do, but it is progressing well. Its hard to predict exactly how long everything will take, but I expect to send paypal invoices around the last week of September, and have all packs ready to go very soon after that.

Fran has been busy at work, so I'll give an update.

All the "new" modules like the dual LT3081 CRegC and the 12V-rail speaker protection have been all tested in a real set-up with no issues.
We have made some small refinements in the PCB design.
These will of course be included in the GB version.

All the transistors have been matched, except for the power devices.
They will take some time, as we don't just match with multimeter, but at 0.6A bias on heatsink.
We have tested new driver transistors as the KSA992 is not linear above 1mA.
The new ones have been proven to have lower distortion.
And we have replaced them in our own build.

So as soon as the power devices are done, and the PCBs ordered, we are ready to go.

Incidentally, we are using additional dual 7815 (1.5A) pre-reg to take out the 50Hz ripples before the 3081.
Fran did this on a Vero board, but you will get extra PCBs without additional charge.
You will definitely need 2 separate secondaries per channel, and NOT CT.
We are using 4x 15Vac secondaries, 250VA.
And HFA08TB60-M3 HEXFRED rectifiers.

But feel free to make your own choice.

Hi all,

This is a good prompt to give you all a further update. As Patrick mentioned above, all has been tested and proven at this point, and I am in the final stages of matching transistors. I am still on track for sending invoices at the end of this month, and will update further here as we get closer.

Hi all,

This is our final list - please take the time to check and make sure all is correct. Can I ask that you each now send me a PM with:

paypal email
comms email (if different to paypal email)
first name
last name
full postal address with zip/postal codes

I hope to send paypal invoices at the weekend/first days of next week, and ship immediately after that. This is at least a week later than originally planned - I hope the delay has only helped to whet your appetites!
