Thanks for your encouragement Mike. I just attached the left channel power board to the heatsink. Tomorrow I'll see how it biases.Cool! once you get the heatsink installed onto the chassis and verticle temp should come down a bit

Actual specifications of my build now:
Power supply: +/- 29 VDC
BIAS is slightly more than 3A.
I using IRFP064N FETs, 0.4 and 0.5 Ohm source resistors, LM329 voltage references.
Output offset dancing slowly at around +/- 10 mVDC.
It has built according to variable second harmonic schematic.
Heatsink temperature is 95 Celsius.
Ambient temperature is about 18 Celsius now, so it is not your summer amplifier.
