I agree, negative phase second harmonic is a nice effect, and after a few days I missed the weight of the sound you do get from positive phase k2. I would say negative is more "hifi" and positive is more musical and has more long term enjoyment potential. Best of all it's easy to change, so try it both ways and report back. As always, just my opinion. 🙂
Its funny to my ears and with my system I get the opposite - Botte you are absolutely right when you say its easy to change and that to me means "easy" to experiment with. Now to find that blend of 2nd and 3rd harmonic that Hiraga spoke of. 😀
F6 is inverting, j2 is non inverting, correct.
Another crazy thing about the F6, it can be inverting or non inverting.
Depends on how you connect the primary windings up.😎

You might find yourself with positive feedback rather than negative.
😎
So as the Semisouth devices have become sadly unobtanium, any thoughts\experience on the SIC devices from CREE ?
Newark has them at least

Oh yeah hmmmm. You might find yourself with positive feedback rather than negative.

Bit of misdirection😉
I have considered, but find myself unsure if whether or not this can be run as balanced, tying another duplicate side together with this one, connecting the grounded end of r2 to the opposing transformers.
yes , you can - opposite output will act as virtual (better put - more than good enough) ground
for a moment I was puzzled about currents involved (through 100+18 ohms) , but then it clicked

conclusion - everything is bridgeable (even your spare towel)
so , be it "plain" bridge , or Super- or Ultra-symmetry

May ikebana this one. If mythinking is correct, this common circuit may surprise.

if you simple bridge it , it will be "common"
if you bridge it as you intend (common 18+18 ohms) , it will not be "common"

BA3 Bal is Lego-script for that

Iwas trying to be word wizard like Pa, just dont have the same wit.😀 Too bad i dont have enough SJDP parts, as my mind is cranking up again. I am angry with you, i was sleeping when i read post and now cannot go back to sleep. Ugh!

So I have only one question, is a bridge bridgable?.......😀
How do you manage to fall in disgrace so consequently......😀😀
BTW: living in the eternal state of grace might be an unendurable bondage....🙂
Isn't this why we went out of paradise?

Only cause we are always bothering him😀
Nelson likes the setup, though

Dear people; schematics are a great written language . Please scribble'em down; sign like a Picaso.Only cause we are always bothering him😀

......
off course it is ......... as long each bridge half is coping with 1/2 of load

simple - that's the Nature of the ZM Beast

Pa's usual response is "did you ever been out of (disgrace) ? "

Thanks buzzforb. I look forward, and enjoy gazieng at schematics [ideas] in this thread and others. Fire is possible controversy which [in this context] promotes dialog and friendly critique.Ill make sure it doesnt make fire before i post it.
