I have plan to build f5 v3 ,where can I get FQA 12p20 and FQA 19n20?
Thanks

Also understand that IRFP240/IRFP9240 will work perfectly in this circuit as well.

Hi you can order on line from RS Singapore.
pBF is the lead-free version, and in production, therefore less expensive. No operational difference.
Is it just me or can 18 awg wire be used with the F5T boards? Seems that I can only get 20 awg to fit.

If you are talking about the latest version F5T boards that the store is selling you are right in that the holes are ridiculously small. What re you building?
See my post #3528 under the F5 Turbo Builders Thread. I have also complained to the store about this issue and I suggest you do likewise.

Yes, they are the latest boards.....
I'm building a V3 with 4 output pairs with 46 volt rails, but it will probably be only 70 watts class A into 8 ohms due to heatsinking.

You could force the largest size of copper pin through the undersized hole and solder both sides.
Then attach half your cable to the top part of the pin and the other half of the cable to the lower part of the pin.
But we should not need to cobble together a solution.

In a such a short cable into low powers, inside amp a single 20 awg is more than enough, in my opinion, and better sounding than big size multistranded common wires
Best

That's exactly the point!
Not when boards are produced for a specific application by DIY enthusiasts for DIY enthusiasts.

Yes certainly for the signal wire 24AWG or even thinner.

True in most cases, however, these boards and the associated MOSFETS are capable of passing over 40A of current!
BTW the V2 ones that I have can accept 14ga solid core wire or 15.5ga stranded

The ones from mouser do not fit. I assume the others won't either, being the same product number.

I decided to drill out the holes to a larger size. Sure you lose the thru hole plating but all the holes I drilled had the trace on one side only.
