F5 Headamp ?

Just learning PCB layout, this is the version I worked on, it doesn't look too pretty and cannot make it any smaller. Cannot find the correct lbr for FQP3P30 so just use any small mosfet for the layout.

Nice work and a good start - what software are you using? I'm glad you are using 2 sided layout functionality. 50mm x 50mm 2 sided PCBs cost the same as 1 sided: $10 for 10. 🙂

I am using Eagle7.2 . A vero pcb will cost $20hkd so better off to do a PCB instead. I put the jfet side by side because I got a few pairs of those nice heat sink from Patrick's friend few years back and want to use them.

Is a HK$ not similar to USD? Here are pretty inexpensive verobiards 4x6cm that I use. 10 for $6 shipping included.

Free shipping 10pcs 4x6 cm PROTOTYPE PCB 4*6 panel double coating/tinning PCB Universal Board in stock-in Double-Sided PCB from Electronic Components & Supplies on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group

1US$ = 7.8HK$, a 7 x 5 cm double sided veroboard cost about 2.5US$ here from local stores ( same veroboard as your reference link), the PCB cost about 10US$ for 10+1 boards with shipping. Double layered PCB is better to work with than double side veroboard IMO.

P.S. I made these PCB for my own learning purpose, not selling!

Your tracks to the MOSFETs are too long.
There is no real need to put the MOSFETs far apart since they do not dissipate > 4W each.
Which is nothing for a TO220.

And you want a thick wire, like 1~1.5mm to connect Output Gnd to PSU Gnd.
