20"x30" foam core is $5 per sheet at Office Max!!! I will continue collecting roadside signs.
Go to Dollartree or Dollar General, etc. $1 ea there.
a clear or translucent front
The stuffing required for these makes the clear front less desirable?
Yes, I'm not sure if it's a simple as dragging the horizontal but maybe X knows. Is it possible to elongate the design of the cornu?
Precisely what has been previously recommended.wrapped in a silk or fabric it could look like an art piece. And I would be a hero in the area of WAF.
Different product methinks. If you want, you can pay even more than that but the dollar store stuff works great.20"x30" foam core is $5 per sheet at Office Max!!!

As long as you wait till the election is over. Since I am one of those who volunteers his time to erect the aforementioned signs, we appreciate your consideration.
So if I took the original design for the Cornu and just stretched it would it still work???
Yes, that is how most builds on this thread are done. You just need to scale it to allow clearance for driver magnet and basket in chamber and overall dimension big enough to give good bass. Typically 28 in x 4.5 in for a 4-4.5 in class driver; 20 to 24 in x 3in for 3in driver; 14 to 16 in x 2.5 in for 2in driver. You can go crazy when using a 5in to 6.5 in driver the box can be huge at 3ft x 6 in. That is 9 square feet of baffle. Cal built a 3 footer with an RS 1354 and I think he now says all the smaller Cornu's are for girlie men

And thus was prematurely doomed the existence of smaller cornus!
Talking about 3 foot cornu's.... X how would this one do in a 36 inch one?

That is a nice driver. Let me run a sim but I think Cal is on the right track and it may be a 4 ft Cornu to make this work. A sheet of sure ply 4x8 will have enough for two faces or 1 monster Cornu. It will take a lot of FC to make the channels.

Mo bigger, go for 42"
Better yet, put some spirals in the drywall!
That puts a big evil grin on my face.monster Cornu.
I've been listening quite a bit to my cornus. The driver I'm using is the Tang Band W4-1320SJF 4" bamboo full range. I'm quite happy with the sound, which feels "large" and quite smooth, but I feel that it's missing some sparkle in the top end. I'm tempted to add a tweeter.
Anyone else using this driver?

4 ft? forget about the ply, i'd need a new wall.
