So, from now on you may be ignored because you want that, i am asking you, clearly, to use the good english you have learned in school.... also explaining you i am a foreigner...if you want to communicatte with me, then make a small effort to simplify your expressions, avoiding contract forms, or local idiomatic expressions.
Want me to understand you?... them make it easy, or easier....not doing this way, means you want to post for others only.
My post, number 1716 meaning is I do prefer to be silent not to write or say foolishes...ME prefer...I prefer...i am not offending you as some people, that has bad intentions, may want to understand in a bad way "twisting" the meaning of my words to satisfy their own evil purposes.
I do sometimes visit google translator.... i need that, there are some words i do not understand, despite i have studied German, French, Spanish and my own language, the Portuguese....english only the basic in school... i hope you write and speak well your own language Ian Finch.... i can understand not so well other languages than my native one...in special when people makes exotic use of their mother language.

Gimick was one of them, my sister (passed away) was married for 10 years long with an Englishman that could not learn portuguese.....she had better english, and i could understand him....because of that family elected me to talk with him, to represent the family... was not very good because the guy was neurotic and boring..but i could learn something... not to much to know what is "gotta"....maybe alike wanna....but this is used to offend ...gotta do that..wanna that other thing!
Do you know how to speak some other language dear Ian...maybe we can communicatte in other language..something we both know how to use.

I must admit that i still modd some amps based on that
kind of schematic for friends that use them mainly as
musical instruments amps..
For some reasons, i don t use them anymore in new
builds as i m sticking with symmetric differentials, but
i must aknowledge that the simple differential amps
works wonderfully and properly designed, they sound
very well indeed.
That said, i m still investigating this topology and
i will release some ideas that are rarely ,if not never,
mentionned about it.
After a while , and as pointed in another thread by
AKSA , some clever designers know what to do to
make them sound very good by avoiding some
(light) mistakes that are not evident at first look.
Anyway, keep on the good work of experimenting,
as it will necessarely improve the accumulated
know how..

Well....Hugh Dean is the best...he really have produce several nice amplifiers
And i have some of them, here, at my home....and i use them often.
He is my source of inspiration, not only because things everybody knows, but in special because things about him that few guys knows.
He is a lovely person.... excelent daddy of two beautifull women... excelent son and husband....
He has some hobbies i have too.... speed cars, excelent machines, to dismount machines, to tune machines..his hand are often dampened with oil and grease..also he loves Chocolate alike me, love to eat alike me and appreciates Capuccino...and has other qualities i cannot post because they are confidential.
I use to ask people to build the Blame, because it is beeing accepted in my country, as i do not prepare boards or kits, i do not sell boards, then had to invite two friends in Brazil to prepare boards so many guys wants to have it.
Was considered the best, by some guys, in audio festival here and i had no complains till this day.
Also, i am preparing a friend in mid east to provide boards too.... these guys are creating their business..their own profit....i am not earning for that.... my profit is that i would have more guys building and they should negotiate boards with these friends.
heheheh...i suppose i will receive, as gift, one or two boards from these guys...no direct profit maybe.
The Blame amplifiers, as you know, was designed by Doctor Self..modified by me..but even my modifications (EF and bootstrap), can be found in the doctor Self book and was used by him..... so...it is all Doctor Self, and tweaked by me.
You had your part...that 220 ohms was suggested by you...latter i found it was really needed to increase from 100 to 220 ohms.
So..we had our part on that...you have your part on that.
No... i do not compare my amplifiers with Hugh Dean units...i just say people should buy AKSA, should build Dx Blame and listen both and then they should conclude... and better not to publish comments, as Me and Hugh will dislike results.
Aksa 55 has an effect that can be understood as a defect or a defect that produces an astounding effect... the most clever thing he did...that everyone can look and nobody can see...very interesting that...well... i cannot say more.

As to learning English, I may not not have great communication skills or a high distinction in English studies but I have spent years writing corporate technical reports, Quality Assurance, training and instruction manuals. I have formally trained laboratory technicians and spent too many years studying part-time in various tertiary institutions. Some members know what these things can do to your mind and writing ability. Shakespeare might only write cheap novels after such work.
I accept that you have difficulty understanding English, even excellent English. Yes it is complex. I do not envy you in this task at all. However, we are very patient and forgiving in words as you remember and can see here. As a newbie I would be foolish to be otherwise. However, I am amazed how well you can understand posts that even I can't understand. Figure that.
All the same, you have in your heart shut the door, your mind is made up and you have other things to do. Do them. Be happy but please do not ignore other guys' honest efforts to communicate or be familiar with you. Sometimes these things are necessary for respect and understanding. them had energy and courage... the problem was "el loco" that said to attack...this was a bad idea..players should close, obstruct brasil team movement, producing a wall against us to reach the goal....not allowing us to play.... el loco loose the game, not your players.
Dutch may produce the revenge your players deserve..they are very good..we gonna see if we gonna win that next one or not.... i have strong doubts we can beat Holland.

Is this transformer good to assemble a 30 plus 30 watts Dx amplifier
take a look on this please, and let me know if this is clear enougth or if you need anything more detailed.
The idea is having a transformer, saved from a junk, to know if it is usefull or not.... so....to poor diyers or the ones wants to use saved parts and are not sure if a transformer will fit or not.

Brazilian forum is starting to organize the group buy, and i am not the one
is doing that, also was not because my influence there, the opposite, i was preparing my friend Renato to be the one would prepare boards to feed this same forum as some guys are asking that.
The same day i have sent Renato one name, someone interested in boards, then, a couple of hours latter, someone from the forum wrote me saying wanted to produce a group buy and asked me authorization... and i gave because for free, without profit and because the schematic is in public dominium, belongs to the mankind.
Maybe someone informed that i was preparing a friend that i trust, to prepare good boards, in a craftsman way, very small quantities, to be feeding these one, two or three that each week ask me boards... and i never have to offer them.
That friend i was preparing to do the job was asking 20 USD each board, because he used to broke boards, to loose a lot of special print paper (glossy) and because he do not accept failure..if a small defect happens he trow the board away...so... he is not an efficient man to produce boards by low price, and also could not make silk screen and solder mask....so...he lost the job in the first moment the guy contacted him and asked price.... the one have contacted and knew, almost same time, or same day, that Nabuco was going to produce board costing 10 Reais each one...this is less than 6 USD i think..and good boards with silk screen and solder mask.
I felt happy because brazilians would be feeded, but sad because my local friend loose the chance to do the job, because he had no price to compete... a pity, because i trust in his work..he was the one prepared me one big and two normal side Todd Johnson boards.
It is not me that is producing, also not me that is opening the group buy.... these boards are to be sold in brazil, inside that forum, to the forum members, in a group buy, without profit and will not be sold outside Brasil....one guy, Maxlorenz, my personnal friend, was pointed to subscribe in that forum and to ask for boards for his use (2) with my authorization, with my help and blessing..but only him... that lives in Chile, one of the spanish language surrounding countries we have, los hermanos, our spanish surrounding brothers that we have excellent relationship.... just one non brazilian man, and IF he succeed to enter and subscribe into this forum in Portunhol (Portuguese mixed with Spanish language, that we call Espanhol).
