I found mouser very good. I ordered in japan. Directly from the US website. Cost $30 to ship the stuff and it arrived within a few days. In Taiwan, I can place the ordered locally in english and the prices are the same as on the US website. I did rod $220 worth of stuff, so no shipping charges. Fantastic company in my view.
As for RS, I think outside of the UKthey are very difficult to deal with - exorbitant prices and shipping charges and very unfriendly. So, I try to avoid them.

I use ActiveComponents. They source from Mouser, don't charge much freight, none for orders over AU$120, and are quick!How about this one?
MULTICOMP|NP35V227M13X20|CAPACITOR, N/P, 220UF, 35V | element14 Australia
There is a Mouser for Aust, but they charge $30 for shipping no matter how small the part.
Hi, I want to confirm these transistors if can be suitables for replacement, wich are availables trough a local distributor in my country. I've been comparing datasheets and I think these can be a good solution.
KSC1845 ----------> 2SC1845
KSA992------------> 2SA992
NJW0281-----------> MJL3281
NJW0302-----------> MJL1302
Thank you.

I was comparing the ksc-2sc and ksa-2sa as well and from what I could tell these are the same(don't quote me on that though). I'd say those would be perfect replacements but I don't know much around here so someone else might have to confirm for you.

They are Fairchild equivalents.
Ok, I think the results will depend of components quality, I must to put hands on.

Hi el gordo!!! I notice that you are new here and want to wish you a happy Welcome to diyAudio!!!! 😀😀😀
Argentina - what a lovely country you live in!!!

Thank you c2cthomas! I was looking at the threads since I joined to DIYAudio and I'm glad to see so much experience and knowledge! I hope can give even a little contribution.
Country is beautiful, but people... 50-50, like everywhere , politicans stinks (or can I say they sucks?)
Warm regards.

the subject of this thread Diyaudio AB amp, more precisely output transistors, for lets say 50Vdc less power

No, there are something like 17 transistors in this ClassAB amplifier.
Using 2sc2837 alone is a non starter.
but aren't in this amp 6 output transistors?
ostripper is moving to a new place at the moment I think, so isn't in communication. As soon as he contacts me and sends me the files, I'll send them out to get boards made..
Hmmm , we really should do a test run, anyone interested? You'll get boards first, in about a month, but at a small risk. I agree with os, though, they look very functional, and usually any errors are small and correctable. We would of course replace them if there were a gross error, but then moving all those components.. 🙁

I'll gladly volunteer to be a guinea pig. I have already purchased the parts. Some I have , the rest are being sent from 0'seas. Been trying to make some diy boards using photo paper and laser printer metod but not going too well(keeps bleeding on transfer). Should also have my powersupply done within the month so will be ready for the amp section.

This is not proposal, I am far from expert, but I newer seen amp with 2SC2837 (relatively cheap), and to me this deice look interesting, so ask smarter, if yo do not need that power what this original amp can provide, why not ask
Do you have the datasheet for the proposed output devices?
Post it here so we can assess suitability.
