I tried to follow this thread about making a diy projector but I'm confused. From the very beginning you posted a finished diy projector and didn't see step by step procedure. Is the step by step assembly posted on another thread? Sorry for the dumb question but enlighten me. I'm thinking of building one too.

Nothing spectacular in the design.
Its the same as it was before except
1. Led is water cooled
2. Led is custom designed. its not commercially available. the sales guy became somewhat a friend and I can order in small quantity. I can also try variations in design if I want to.
3. A controller manufacturer( not a retailer or reseller) supports me, but at a price.
