It's great to see many of the PCBs and kits are arriving. I'd be interested to see some photos of installs and your impressions of any improvements, so please post them. I've recently got myself a Marantz CD17 which I will be putting one of these in (I haven't decided whether to use and AC or DC version yet).

I'm sorry I missed some capacitors goldkenn. None of the kits include crystal sockets, only crystals. If anyone else finds that their kits are short of components please let me know. I tried to be very careful when making up the kits, but it's probable that a couple of mistakes were made.

I don't recommend that you try swapping comparators. Unlike opamps, comparators don't share a standard pinout. There may be others that have a compatible pinout, but there were good reasons I chose the AD8561.

Yes a very good reasons to choice AD8561.
I made this master clock with combination with SMD resistors an capacitors, ad some ferit bed/ coil … Result Ottimo
I also made a EK 7 clock….and my favourite it’s your clock!!! Good sound stage.

Hi Anton,

I finished upgrading the clock in my Denon DCD-2560 on the weekend.

After evaluating it for two days, I can notice the overall improvement.

But the one thing that struck me the most is music separation. Everything from high, mid and bass are more tight.

I'm glad that I participated in this GB. For the amount of money spent on the kit, I think it is hard to beat by anything else.
