The accessory boards are just examples to be used for t.ex. testing. You can use any like part that fit.

For the Opamp arrangement, you have suggested use 3 Opamp-dualCIRCUIT (e.g. opa1678/ opa1652/ opa1612). May I know, is it MUST use the same model on those 3 Op-Amps?
For example, is it allowable to use 'Opa1678' on U1X and U2X, then 'Opa1652' on 'U3X'?
Seem that the 'U3X' is used to convert 'balanced signal' to 'single-end output for 'J2-connector', right?

That's clear. Since this is want to confirm is anything changes do not conflict with your design of the buffer board.

Hi all. I have a problem with the remote control. When I press the up arrow, sometimes the volume increases and sometimes it decreases, and vice versa. I have already tried two different remote controls and the result is the same. They were both from aliexpress but compatibile... From the DAM to the IR sensor, the cable is about 20 cm long and I have no foil / optical filter in front of the IR sensor. Where is problem?

I had the same problem with an Apple original remote, the white one from an old ipod mini. The problem was solved when I used the latest Apple allu remote.

an overload from my preamp broke the output transistor marked "iR6" in DAM1941:
if I read a test file from my pc to usb, TP9, 10, 12 indicate for example 0.355mV when TP11 indicates 11mV.
Then, without power supply, between each pins of iR6 near TP11, we measure approximately 22 Ohm. the other transistors have 70KOhm at the same place.
please could you give me the complete part number or reference to replace it .

Not sure what part you're talking about, probably the output muting fets, small 3 pins sot23 parts ? Those are 2SK3557-6, but you can also use the -7 version.
I'm having trouble getting parts, so currently I'm only building dam1941's....

Hello im a diyer i love diy, and i love soekris dam dacs. I have lots of 1021 and 1121 dams and i have modded them. For now i have 1921 with 1971 dsp panel. of corse i have modded the same way i do in 1021 and 1121. So i have disolder on board 3.3, and 4v reference, and 1.2v stabilizers and solder my stabilizers i like it i have point them on picture by blue color. Red color line is the place where org is litle trace to power up clock. i have cut thiw trace and solder my 3,3 stabilier with self power to the clock. it works well, plays very good but with litle problem. When i power on and of couple times the soekris led blinking and geting off, and all leds on pannel are blinking . I dont know where the problem is, beocuse dac works corectly, but sometimes after power on dac it have problem. Soldering are good. Please tell me where to search, i know did you dont like this kind of mods, but im with soekris couple of years,and i will go further with you. Please take a look on pictures. Mayby on board stabilizers have power on order? Very very thanks!
