I use 2sk170bl, the output voltage is very constant, can easy tune to 5.000v!
Mine almost complete, all voltage adjusted, just waiting the shippment of the 6h30pi-DR, the supreme one!

Hi! you need transformer for DAC ( 4 or 6 X 9-12V /100mA)
and the board iv Stage!
You can use IV stage, if you have Pre enough gain!
The kit DAC-END have all components
All most at the end !
However i have a little experience of transformers .The r80/36 from diyclub i am not sure how to wire it in series .
I need 260v how do i wire 260v 23v 0 230v 260v ? all so.
I assume one set of 3.15 0 3.15 is not used .Do i join 2.5 to 3.15 and center to center ,with 3.15 wire and 2.5 wire not used.
I would be very greatful if anyone has same transformer could help please .

I test the DAC part today with all IC slot-in, but some problem occur, the LED L19 can't light on when I plug in a digital signal, but when I remove the digital signal, the LED light on! Why? I've check carefully but seems no problem, my cs8414 can work in my other DAC.
That is just as it should be. LED does not light when input is active. Nothing wrong with your board.

when have the sound the LED turns off.
that the error signal lights! so you hear sound from it!

With no input signal, the LED light
and when a signal was received LED does not light!
It does not affect the sound ~
