Clone SERVO CD HECD-019A for PHILIPS CDM12.1

Here is my schematics of CDT713
Having developed the servo board on the "PHILIPS VIDEO-7001B WITH POS L1210/63" project I find myself with the following problem, attempt to read the disk "error", it would seem a CDM problem. Having tested the servo board on two CDM1202/02s, isn't that the problem? In this Chinese forum http://bbs.hifidiy.net/thread-1091270-1-1.html the operation and the combination between servo board and laser mechanics is written in detail. According to the instructions, it would seem to be a compatibility problem between the mechanics and the servo board. Do you have information about it? which CDM to be combined with the servo board? There are pictures in the forum with Chinese writing that I can't translate. Could you kindly explain to me?

In your Cyrus CD8 what model of CDM transport is installed.

At this point it seems obvious to me that your servo board scheme is different from my design in that it is not compatible with CDM1202/02 unless there is an error on my design, and having checked the schematic and circuit multiple times and finding no errors I just have to draw the conclusion that the CDM1202/02 is not compatible with the "PHILIPS VIDEO-7001B WITH POS L1210/63" layout.

see attached video test with CDM1202/02
see attached "PHILIPS VIDEO-7001B WITH POS L1210/63" layout.

nop, the opu is the same, you should check the opu movment, laser and rf signal.
you are telling me that your mechanics is the same it only means one thing, that there are some errors or inconsistencies on my PCB.
Why I say this, because if I replace my PCB with the original HECD-019A servo the two CDM12.02/02 mechanics work.

test with original mechanics HECD-019A

And do not use oscillator like you are doing, you should try XTAL first, make it works, and then try to use oscillator, because this solution is very sensitive to clock signal, I remember sometime I add a external clock in to my saa7345 transport, it should add a 100p cap to coupling the clock.

It very very critical!

what I wanna tell you is the sch no problem, but your PCB has problem, maybe layout, maybe wrong components,my board works fine with cyrus cd8 which also works fine with HECD-019A
the only components other than the design I used are transistors BC807 instead of BC328, BC817 instead of BC338, BC807 instead of BC558, BC817 instead of BC548.
what is strange that by checking the layout several times and comparing with the wiring diagram everything is in order.
surely there must be something wrong.
all very strange!

Have change to XTAL and try again? It critical!!

BTW, the transistors just for Eject and HF Detect , Hf detect also important, cause it will control the laser ON/OFF, so if want to sure ON, you can pull down the HFD pin of OM5284!

Can you explain better?

the laser lights up when the drawer is closed. what I have noticed though is that when I use the HECD-019 servo the action causes the record to make a half turn - pause - and then the record to start spinning and stop when the laser has recognized all the tracks. Differently with my servo board it doesn't make half a turn, there is no pause, it starts to turn immediately but it doesn't recognize the tracks and then it goes into "error" consequently the drawer opens.

well, you can check. One is the BOM file containing the component list with the component numbers on the wiring diagram, the other is the wiring diagram PDF.

the components numbered from 200 onwards with the ST26C31BDR chip are part of the added optical and coaxial output circuit and therefore are not present in the wiring diagram.

discless and discless movements, axes and laser.
the laser when the axis goes up and down turns on.
the opening and closing of the drawer also responds to the remote control.
in the video where the axis moves longitudinally then goes up and down the laser turns on.
