Pafi,i haven't a micrometer but i have an LCR Meter.Look this measurement.
I can look, but it doesn't contain any new, relevant information. I can't see the number of turns which could help to determine saturation current.
Do you think inductance determines saturation current? It doesn't.
Sorry, number of turns is 10.I can look, but it doesn't contain any new, relevant information. I can't see the number of turns which could help to determine saturation current.

What i'm missing? increasing turns= higher inductance for the same size gap.
Do you mean that is necessary to increase the gap and the magnetic wire turns simultaneously so inductance remains the same?

No, ferrite is perfect, just needs more gap. Litz wire is good, it will not heat up with high gap.
BTW keep wire away from gap to avoid strong eddy current in wire!

No,never i have heat up using this core with this thin gap."...with high gap."
Core and wire are absolutely cold.
Yes, I know. Read it again! With high gap, that I advised. Not with thin gap.
Also air core is an infinitely high gap.

you have a PCB?
No, there is JPG you can use it and draw pcb.

Can I have it? I'll try to do
I make copy.
There you go.

P.s.
Mr. Mile i see you make version "1.1"
I have copy too, but you use 2.2R, change them ?
There you go.

1R or 2R2 can be use, transformer is 2-3W/15vac and I use IRG4PC50U igbt instead IFFP460 mosfet.
