but IR2110S is correct in Apex D200 PCB because he replaced it with IR2110.
also why we should use 2W for R175 ? because mile tested this amp with 0.25w R175 ?
did you check your amps with DSO ? did you see my testing waves ? where is the problem..

10 is 10k resistor, not 68k, there is not 68k resistor on this amp only 6k8.
Use IRF640N and 47 ohm instead 100 ohm, ICs are TL081, 74HC00 and IR2110.

If you use c136(56pF/100V) R175(4k7) will heat and 0.25W will burn within sec.

i'm using 47 ohm resistor for IRFB4227 @ 250Khz.but mosfets gets warm (50c) at 50w into 8 ohm load specially low side mosfet. (sine wave test). i just want to know what is the best value for IRFB4227 @ 250KHz 😕...i'm also don't using parallel diodes or HF reduction (R+C) for each mosfet.
specs of my D200 amp :
FSW set to 250KHz (with 47 Gate resistor and IRFB4227)
Supply volage +/- 58v (can deliver up to 1000w) + 34mF cap per rail.
Inductor : 70uH on T157-34 (it's get hot , but ok for this tests)
Output cap : 2*470nF 250v AC
also using external 12.8v for bias instead of BD241.
sound qulality and power is'nt bad , but clipping occurred at 60~70 nominal output specially at high frequency. mosfets get warm even in lower power like 20~50w.

can i use T157-33 for class D output filter?

It's not anymore in production but i checked micrometals software and they're same with -34. so as i mentioned , it's not a good material because of high core loss. use -2 or other low loss iron powder toroidal cores.
also you can use ferrite cores with air gap but it's not as easy as toroidal ones. detex audio (IRS series amps designer) also using both toroidal and gaped ferrite cores , but i don't know specs of them.

TL081 and SN74HC00N manufacture by Texas Instruments and IR2110 manufacture by International Rectifiers, but there is many fake IR2110. Instead UF4007 I use BAV21 and outputs are IRF640N only warm at +/-75V and cold at +/-35V without heatsinks, I use gaped toroidal core PG0208 (made in China). BD241 and 2k2/2W are very hot at +/-75V, 2k2/2W can be replaced with 4k7/2W and BD241 must have heatsink.

D200 can be use with 2 ohms load without any changes, just 0.05R in O/C detect circuit, and this is full range hi-fi amp work on 450kHz, for more power increase input level with preamp.

Apenas fiz um comentario sobre a temperatura que o amplificador atingiu mas como assisti o video em baixa qualidade nao vi a virgula da casa decimal e pensei que fosse 550 C° desculpas
Just made a comment about the temperature reached the amplifier but as I watched the video in low quality not seen the comma decimal point and thought it was 550 ° C excuses
