ml3 is not working with d class making strange noise en increasing the vol same wen increasing treble.tested with irs1500 as well the same situation.

Can you tell me what is the size of the PCB?
I tried D200 pcb and couldn't match CI pins with pcb's holes. My pcb is 15/6,5 cm. There are two ways of facing 2n5401&78l05 ; Which one is ok?

D200, D200.1 and D200.2 is same amp just pcb is litle diferent... use BD241C instead IRF640 for 12V bias regulator in D200.1 and D200.2
There is some instability with IRF640 in 12V bias regulator, use BD241C and IRF640N as outputs.
Sound at VERY low levels is ok. After that is very distorted---not sound any more... Only those resistors , (2k2/2w-mine is 2k7/3w)are hot. Every thing else is ice cold! (even tip41c--don't think is ok). I'll check for problems .... 78l05 could be gone bad???? Tomorrow is another day...

2k7/2W must be hot TIP41C also must be hot... can you post voltage measurements?
i know its totaly off topic and i apologise ,what sort of paper are you using for printing negatives of pcb to(i am assuming that you use photo way of making pcbs /sry on very bad english )...and what type of printer?? everything i try black is not 100% black (you can see trough black) ...yours looks like excellent work

All values are related to gnd(0.0V)
TIP41C C=0.0V
E=-46V
B=-45.5V
[That's not ok , cause it should be E=-36-37V ,B=-36V(12v less , refered to -48V)]
On 78l05 is only 2V😱 less that it stabized V...
After corrected mistake on PCB it(amp) is MUT ,nothing comes out..

That is ok, use IRF640N with some heatsink.
