I must have got the last of the old 5k ohm Boscs, just wondering if these will still be available in the future (for matching, replacement or bi-amping purposes)? Or does it really matter?

DrMordor TPA3255 looks like possible good candidate to mount vertical with the TPA3255 chip directly making contact to the aluminum finned side of case for better heat thermal dissipation.

IF DrMordor TPA3255 board with PSU built in can be configured for dual mono output with tow of his boards it may work out for a powerful dual TPA3255 HIFI amplifier.

I'd like to see this done if possible.

What is power rating output for the 110VAC input with the 48VDC built on power supply in 1 channel mode output? How much watts load for 8 ohm load speaker?

Pout= 48*48/8^2=144W

That falls way below the design of the TPA3255 mono output.

3 AMP rating of your 48VDC power supply?

Please confirm if the power supply is a true full bridge/WAVE rectifying power supply design with the option for 110VAC input and 48VDC output with amperage rating design.
