Nice work!

Can you please provide links for the enclosure and amplifier modules.

p.s. By switching the position of the AC mains and your input audio signal you’re reducing the possibility of introducing hum (50Hz) because your wires will be far away from each other.

Thanks.

Very nice work indeed
danibourn, the amp modules are your own design right?
Fully discrete or based on driver IC?
Post or pre-filter feedback?

I bought those board fully assembled on a friend's recommendation.
They sound very fine. The treble is very sweet and particulary accurate and overall they are very powerfull.
They seem rather well constructed check out :

Seems to have some SO chips on the other side of the black pcb. Diodes for regulating to +-5V ... probably/could be, a IRS2092S design. Coil seem to be even smaller than T106-2 .... small for 300W I think .....

Yes Indeed, based on IRS2092S sorry I forgot ton mention.
PCB is 100x75x62mm

I finally changed the internal design as recommended to avoid interferences.

Hi amigos,
Can someone can help me ? When I power ON my amplifier I have a "Pop" at startup despite the fact that my boards have a relay on it. When I power OFF the amplifier, I noticed that the relay emits a "tac sound" as if the effect of the relay were reversed.

how i can erase this pop at startup ?

Simplest way would be to add a loudspeaker protection module between the amplifier outputs and your speakers binding posts. These modules are normally equipped without a turn on delay and immediate cut-off at power down.

My 3e doesn’t have pop and power on and off, they’ve probably implemented a circuit.

Weird... I was almost on the would have had a turn ON delay at startup. what makes me think that: it is that they Turn OFF more slowly than they Power on.
But something sure : they sound awesome with a good Audio source.

Thanks anyway.

Busy wiring it all up..
Due to changing design / parts *after* ordering my cases, things got a bit cramped... 🙂

I'm trying to make it fit and then see whether it has any effect on performance, if putting things so close together degrades performance I'll have to get bigger cases.

Any insightful tips / advice based on this photo is always welcome :-D
