The boards are built around chunky 10uF polycarb input caps. With 37 volt rails ~300 watts per side -err- massive overkill for biamping with my lm3875's

my amp
here is some ( very low quality ) pics of my amp and description:
LM3886 based
Case is from an old 386 TARGA computer.
Plywood front ( varnished and laquered ).
Speaker connectors came from an old analogue multimeter ( they are made out of bronze , i think).
PSU is made with an 250 watts toroid ( mounted in a computer psu case as you can see) 6 amps diodes for the rectifier and 6800uF/63 volts caps.
The pcb is my own design and i made them myself
Heatsinks are made out of a long piece aluminium i found in friends garage ( he didn't know what is was from but he was glad to get ridd of it) .
The amp has been up and running for about two months now and it works very well, no humm or noise even with the volume from the preamp (also diy) at max and my ear stuck to a speaker.
